Baraboom Dermatology Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the conditions and procedures for the use of all services (the "Services") provided by Baraboo Dermatology (the "Hospital"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Hospital and the User.

Article 2 (Glossary)

1. "Services" means the online platforms for scheduling appointments, counseling, providing information, etc. provided by the Hospital.
2. "User" means any customer who uses the services provided by the Hospital.
3. "Member" means a person who subscribes to the Hospital's Services and has continuous access to the Services.
4. "Non-Member" means a person who uses the Services provided by the Hospital without subscribing to the Services.

section 3 (effect of and changes to the terms)

1. These Terms are effective upon your acceptance of them when you access the Services or become a Member.
2. The Hospital may change the content of these Terms as necessary, and will post any changes to these Terms via a notice.
3. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the Service and request to be removed as a member.

Section 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. Hospitals provide the following services
   • Appointment scheduling and confirmation services
   • Providing health information
   • Customer service and inquiry handling
2. The Hospital reserves the right to change or discontinue the Service without prior notice as necessary for the operation of the Service.

Section 5 (Your Obligations)

1. You must not do any of the following when using the Service
   • Stealing or fraudulently using someone else's personal information
   • Interfering with the operation of hospital services or attempting unauthorized access
   • Posting illegal or inappropriate information
2. You must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Section 6 (Privacy)

1. We process your personal information lawfully and securely and protect it in accordance with applicable laws.
2. The Privacy Policy is provided separately and you must read and agree to it before you can use the Services.

section 7 (termination of contract and restrictions on use)

1. If you don't want to use the Service, you can request to unsubscribe at any time.
2. The Hospital may limit or suspend your access to the Service for any of the following reasons
   • Violation of these Terms
   • Legal violations
   • Disrupted the normal operation of the service

section 8 (limitation of liability)

1. The Hospital is not responsible for any failure of the Service caused by reasons beyond the Hospital's control, such as acts of God, system failures, etc.
2. The Hospital is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or otherwise of any information you post while using the Service.

Section 9 (Dispute Resolution and Competent Court)

1. Disputes relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes between the hospital and the user will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction (Seoul Central District Court).

By-laws

1. These Terms will be effective as of December 11, 2024.
